I understand there is a Chinese version of 'Get out of your mind and in to your life'. Does anybody know where I could get a copy? Also does anyone know if there are any Thai translations of ACT book?

Thanks,

Jim

The list of translations is probably a bit dated. The Mindfulness & Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety has been translated in Korean and Chinese, and in several other languages. P. I did a google translation search and it seems to mean, "Release tyrannical thoughts and take hold of life." I love the concept of "tyrannical thoughts." LOL! Now that you mentioned it, it does!
