Hello, friends,

I just want to share that I have been using maca root...one teaspoon twice a day

in juice or fruit shake. I have been using it for the past four days. I have

also added more cilantro in my menus.

I have seen some results. I do feel energized and it seems my brain is more

alert. I do not feel the brain fog anymore. But then again I have gotten off all

grains(these has been quite some time) and more recently off citrus. I make

meals from 'scratch'...no casseroles or processed foods. I also am going to

acupunture treatments.

I have mentioned this before.

By the way, I do not use neurotin anymore. I am dealing only with Aleve and a

heating pad for bad days including hot baths or showers.

As mentioned by one of our Fibro Friends in this site, prayer is so powerful.

Prayers from friends and family also is strong and important. I take time

out for reflection or even if it is to complain to God. Any sort of prayer helps

me along the way.

I still have bad days...can't enjoy the beautiful sunny outdoors especially in

this over 100 degree weather. This is due to lupus. My liver bloats up, then

comes down....like a roller coaster ride. But I feel I am getting a little

better.

But then, maybe, I may be in a remission but for the time being I feel my body

getting a bit more balanced.

SO, my question is (since there has been so many messages received I lost the

place) who made the mention of trying maca root?

To you, THANK YOU for the liberating information. You have freed me from the

slow motion movements in my mind and in my body.

I have to give the Liberation of Heart and Spirit to God though.

Thank you again.

Graciously,
