Guest guest
Sorry folks been a long time since I last posted.  But a month or so ago, I was trotting in and out of hospital.  Thought I’d better fill all my old friends in on what has been happening. It seems that every time I go into hospital to have some procedure done, these clever devils find something new for me to worry about. Two years back when I had the operation on the spinal cord, they discovered that I had one good kidney, and one bad one.  So eventually 6 or so weeks back, I had the bad one removed, but with the subsequent tests they did while I was incarcerated, they determined that I had a blocked artery.  Hadn’t had a heart attack, which is nice to know.  So they gave me an Angiogram and eventually inserted a Stent in the artery. This seems to have been successful.  Just for the moment, I have District Nurses coming in every couple of days to attend to the dressings on my abdomen from the kidney surgery – all going well.  Let’s hope they don’t find anything else.  I’ve had enough of hospitals for the time being. As you can imagine, I was very nice to get back home with the cats again. Cheers to all,  Ron
