It scared a lot of folks off that they never unwrapped it and quickly got rid of it. They were non-floor work folks. They didn't mind the mini segments but the 45 minutes was too much for them. But I think it rocks! It will get better, but AL5 is one that you do when you DON'T plan on moving for the next week! But after doing it a few times, your body will get used to it and you can move afterwards. AL7 the first half is floorwork, Shellie isn't in it, but Jazz does the counting and all. AL6 is a fun workout! I love the last segment! I agree, C2 is harder than the others, but still isn't quite GR caliber. > > about the Advanced Live Volume 5 video??? Oy!
