Due to my knee surgery I've only worked out once in the past 3

weeks. That was a single BFL UBW with dumbbells in my home. Haven't

been to the gym at all.

I've tried to eat well, and other than an extra free day I've done

fine. What I noticed seems unusual to me. I weigh myself every day

using a bioelectric impedance scale that spits out bodyfat percentage

after it gives my weight. My weight has fluctuated but within a

narrow range and I'm very close to my weight from before the surgery.

What has surprised me is the bf% has shrunk! The week prior to my

surgery the bf% would vary from 11.5% to 13%, but over the past 6

days I've hovered right around 10%. Now I know that these type of

scale measurements can be innacurate somewhat, and aren't as reliable

as calipers, it still seems odd. Can anyone suggest a reason why my

bf% would actually be shrinking with such an extremely minimal amount

of exercise of any kind?

BTW... my knee is slowly getting better. I've been at work this week

after missing the 2 weeks prior. I'm not where I want it to be but

it IS progressing. The surgeon told me that when it is finally

healed there will be NO restrictions on the kinds of physical

activity I can do. Yeah!!!

Hey everyone... Lets hear from you.

Bruce
