Back from Fishin'

Hi Everyone,

Well we are back from our jaunt down to Fla. I was hoping to catch a few Tarpon but we caught a house instead. A tough decision but we just could not refuse. The prices and cost of homes is so low compared to here in Cape Cod. Our house here on the Cape is a bit difficult for me to navigate. The new house in Fla. is wide open with a lot more room and ease getting around and about.

When it is hot and humid I'll just stay in the AC. It gets cold here on the Cape in late Sept. and I'm mostly inside until May. So I guess 5 or 6 months of hot and humid is better than 8 or 9 months of cold and frigid. We also have a lot of friends and relatives there, that will be nice.

The new book has been shipped but this move will delay that for several weeks. I am excited about the book primarily because it will give several definite, measurable options one can take to control and improve their ms. As you all know, I tend to my ms as naturally as possible with the exception of "LDN" which I started last July. I am happy to report that since that time leg strength, balance, urinary urgency and frequency have improved quite significantly and no progression has occurred.

I hope you all got the e-mail yesterday regarding "Benfotiamine" that is a lipid or oil based "B 1" (Thiamine) that is significantly more absorbable that the water based B 1. Absolutely essential for healthy nerves. Back in the 1930's, 40's and 50's a doc in North Carolina had extraordinary success treating ms'er's with Vit. B 1.

You can still check out the new book as well as the old at www.copingandprevailing.com It would also be my pleasure to send either of these books to anyone with ms or their caregiver if they cannot afford to pay for them.

I hope all is well with everyone and if not......do the best that you can, you simply cannot do more than that and that is enough.

Regards,

Tom

Tom,

Bill told me:

u have to resize the pic with irfanview than inset it on the email:

this way!

or u can go to yahoo groups, click on the mserslife, then click on PHOTOS, then click on 'created a new album', then on 'add photo'- this was the way I created my 2 albums.

u find the freedownload of this program at www.irfanview.com

hope I was easy understanding.

Hi Di,

I think it is a combination of all that you mentioned. Especially the progress that is being made with ms. It surely appears that a lot, a whole lot of ms'er's are beating, overcoming and winning with ms. I mean actually eliminating certain symptoms and problems. I see a lot of success with a lot of folks.

What is disturbing is the lack of publicity regarding these success's. It seems that if there is not a lot of money to publicize these things or something sensational to report it just falls by the wayside.

To me, the simple fact that these things are occurring is sensational. Unfortunately medicine and disease are BIG BUSINESS. I hate to be so cynical but why is there no positive press about these things?? We ms'er's have more hope than ever before. More results than ever before. What we don't have is .......proof. We have tons of anecdotal experiences, results, and victories but not conclusive proof. Well to my mind success and results are proof. I am excited because I know that we the ms'er's know more about ms than medicine. We the ms'er's are defeating and finding more solutions and answer's than medicine. I truly believe that the victory is almost 'At Hand'. Not yet, but almost. This is why I am so excited and I surely am excited about winning with ms.

Regards,

Tom
