Guest guest
Thanks Lena, for cheering me on. My body can clear everything. But then it's time to rife again. So, I never really stop herxing. If I take a break from rifing, my arthritis pain returns. I know I must rife for the co's now, and that's probably what's holding me back. The thought of terrible herxes has put me off, but I've just got to get to it. I'm grateful, always, for your kind words. This is one major mistake I made in my treatment. I first rifed for Babesia 9 months or so ago and had no noticable reaction. More recently I did a few second coil treastment, and was left bedbound for four days. As I've started getting other infections under control Babesia has become a huge problem and I wish I had been treating it all along. I'm not saying I think you have Bart, just be careful not to let it sneak up on you.> > > > > > >> > > > > > > Does anyone know if any or all of the major co-infections encyst? > > > > > > > especially the two listed above?> > > > > > > > > > > > > > Thanks!> > > > > > > > > > > > > > Debbie> > > > > > >> > > > > >> > > > >> > > >> > >> >>------------ --------- --------- ------If your post is not about electronic devices used in the treatment of Lyme then please put an OT: in the subject line. ------------ --------- --------- -
Guest guest
Hi Jane,You really might want to try Alka-seltzer Gold. It could tell you a lot about your 'arthritis'. So often, after eating citrus or nightshade, (like tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, etc.) my joints have been prone to pain, even swelling. An allergy book told me that ASG is a good test to see if any of this pain is allergy-related. I used to have horrible arthritis after Christmas, until Ifigured out that the Indian River Grapefruits that we bought from the school band fund-raiser (and ate in a hurry before they spoiled) were an acidic burden my joints couldn't bear. The book said that usually, 20-30 min after taking ASG, if the pain lessened noticeably, citrus and nightshade would likely be the culprit. Now, If I want to eat lasagna, I take some ASG before the meal, and then before bedtime, with no consequences! Many a morning, I've awakened to nasty herx pain in my joints. I get up, take some ASG, lie down for another half hour, or while I'm, doing my CE, and byt the time I'm up again, the pain is barely noticeable. ASG is sometimes hard to find, and not to be confused with regular Alka-Seltzer. Amazon carries it. Or, if you'd like to economize (who doesn't? ) ordinary baking soda in water, about a tsp., will do the same thing. It's worth a try. And remember, too, that a terrible herx will back off with a low-volume coffee enema. I resisted these because of a traumatic experience with pin-worms as a child and the couple I did with the big bag and tubes, huddled on the bathroom floor, simply were too unpleasant for me to ever comply on a regular basis, which is waht my stressed liver and GB needed. Then someone told about the 8oz enema bulb, made with warm water and organic instant coffee: no pressure or uncomfortable urge. I tried the first one in the bathroom, just in case, and then realized that I could easily do it on a waterproof pad in my bed and have a nice read for the 20-30 min. necessary to stimulate the liver to dump toxins. These have made all the difference in the way I herx. Sometimes, I'm even wistful for an uncomfortable herx, for the excuse to stop and rest for a day. Doesn't happen very often any more.Be well,Léna Thanks Lena, for cheering me on. My body can clear everything. But then it's time to rife again. So, I never really stop herxing.
