Although death is a part of life, it is always difficult to say good-bye to our loved ones, especially someone as special as a grandfather. I think I joined your group a while back, but I'm not sure. If I did not send you a response I apologize and hope to be a part of it. I have done Basic Training Bootcamp and Capture the Power (Strength) the past two days (respectively). My diet hasn't been that great but I am looking for some encouragement to stay away from "the chocolate factory". Please click the "Happy Mode" button and get out of that Lurk mode. I haven't been to active on the board since Mother's Day. My grandfather is terminally ill and one of my aunt's is very ill. It's been kind of morbid around here. All of my immediate relatives live in Texas and it's very depressing not being able to be there when you're needed.Come on, ! Let's raise your spirits and get that challenge rolling!
