Guest guest
I barely got my workout in today! My little one has been one fussy person so I had problems getting him settled enough so that I could workout. I did Cardio Bootcamp since it is only about 30 min. I hope to get an ab workout in tonight. I won't fret if not! Wishing you all the best! Tae Bo Love Tyra Tuesday Workout Great workout today. Tae-Bo Strength for 45 minutes and worked up (or out) a drenching sweat. I can tell my cardiovascular system is improving as I was able to get through this workout without breathing as heavy. Guest guest
Now you will start noticing your kicks & punches getting stronger, kicks getting higher, abs tighter! I'm so sorry to hear about your family illnesses. I will keep your family in my prayers. (kobeat) > Great workout today. Tae-Bo Strength for 45 minutes and worked up (or > out) a drenching sweat. Guest guest
, It's very cool and very convenient. We are allowed 30 minutes a day or three hours a week to exercise during duty hours. Now, we usually fudge on the 30 minutes a day routine as Tae-Bo programs usually last 45-60 minutes. The boss doesn't have a problem with it. He's into the exercising fad as well. Tomorrow is Bootcamp Basic Training. Bring it on, !!! Dave --- ko_beat wrote: > You can workout at work? How cool is that! > > > > > > > Capture the Power, Strength.
