Guest guest
Hi, My name is Shari and I would like to know how to get into (if you have one) a chat room. I get daily emails from all of you and it is very helpful but being new at Tae Bo I would some of you to talk to on line. I need to lose a good amount of weight and need support. Sincerely, -S- Start your day with Yahoo! - make it your home page
Guest guest
Shari, I do not know how to get into the chat room or even if there is one as I have never used it. I will say that you can get lots of support by posting messages. Even in lulls on this list you will still get a few answers. Many people have begun tae bo at a point where they had a significant amount of weight to lose. Of course significant is relative for each person but there is a huge continuum of starting weights and in between weights and reached-goal-weights. Whatever you need to know or whatever kind of support you need, just post it and we will help you. Even if you are just having a bad day, this is the type of group that you can simply say that and several of us will chime in to cheer you along. Just make your commitment to do tae bo regularly. If you have not exercised in a long time you may want to commit to 1-2 days initially until you feel strong enough to increase to 3, 4 and 5 days. The beauty is that we can take our times so that we can avoid injury and insure that our weightloss is permanent. Tae bo works. I have lost 15 of my 30 lbs that I need to lose. I still eat too much but even still, I have not gained the weight back. I have maintained a 15 lb weightloss since February of this year and that is in light of me overeating almost everyday. I will say that for about 4 weeks, I ate really healthy and in moderation and that is how I finally kick started the weightloss. I have not successfully done so consistently since then but I am sitting pretty despite. I do tae bo 5-7 days a week and I continue to try and determine why I chose to emotionally eat. I read posts from this group everyday to stay encouraged and motivated. It is always a victory to me when someone announces that they have lost weight, done tae bo consistently or made it to a goal size or weight. I recommend that you look at implementing tae bo into your life as a lifestyle change, a way to better yourself rather than a way to lose weight. Tae bo works if you stick with it but sometimes it takes time. So for some of us if we do not lose weight in an acceptable amount of time, it is easy to say that tae bo does not work. But if you do tae bo to get good at it, before you know it, you look better to yourself not because you lost weight but because you feel good and you are getting better. Tae bo is such an integral part of who I am now. I do get tired of doing it at times, but not doing it makes me feel pretty darn bad because it is the workout that I can do most consistently. I have gone on long enough. I wish you all the best and am sending you my best encouraging energy! Please, Pleases Please use this group as a major source of support. We tend to step up to the plate when there is one in need. Tae Bo Love Tyra Need Support Hi, My name is Shari and I would like to know how to get into (if you have one) a chat room.
