But it is at least good you are getting 8 hrs of sleep, this is so important... Have you tried using mag oil around 10:00 - 11:00PM? This is what I use and it does get me sleepy... I also posted a while ago today my insomnia protocol, check out the Binaural Beats that have helped me... Whenever I use this music, I fall asleep most of the time...
