You can get herb books in the public library and purchase them on-line or from

health food stores. A good source for organically grown and strong enough to

work can be gotten from American Botanical Pharmacy for formulas and for

individual herbs the Pacific Botanicals. I have a phone # for them -

. They collect and sell only wild-harvested and organically grown

herbs. You may have to go in with someone to get them because they sell

wholesale and in 1-pound quantities.

Many prayers and blessings for doing what may work better for your body.

That's great information, an alkaline body doesn't get colds as easily and I

think I've read that it just functions better overall. It's the fizzy stuff in

it that makes it more fun to drink. Ok, so I'm a bit of a kid about it. LOL.

OK, do you put some essential oil in a carrier and then apply it to your feet?

When I tried that in the past, I could taste it within a few seconds. I didn't

know it was for pain relief - I used it to help me sleep - but of course less

pain means less tension in the muscles which may have been why I could sleep. I

have also done lavender baths and soaks in hot to warm water.

I guess I missed something.  I am having problems with one of my feet and would

be interested in what you mean by a carrier and what concoction  I should mix up

to put in it.  Thanks!!

A carrier oil is just an oil you have put a drop or so of an essential oil. I

use whatever I have, but olive oil is recommended by some people. It doesn't

take much of the essential oil at all.

Hey Carol: you are right. These could be added to Jill¹s cocktail also.

Now there¹s a cocktail worth drinking. :)

HI Joanne:

Yes, I do kind of feel like this is a virus like Carol¹s article said. The

natural solutions for viruses are listed on the web if you check it out.

Jill¹s cocktail of cayenne, onion, garlic etc Add to that the tumeric and

cinnamon mentioned and you would have a good virus smasher. LOL

I am trying oil of oregano, devils claw, cayenne, etc. so, check it out and

look in your cupboard you may have all you need to get at this virus and put

it back in its place. :)

Hi maria:

I did not know you have a son in Iraq. Oh my. That is a stressor in itself

is it not. Well you are a strong mom to have that going on.

I agree, we need to wait and see what they find. They said they found this

virus in 67 percent of chronic fatigue sufferers and only 3 percent of

healthy people. However, they also said that they do not know if this virus

CAUSES chronic fatigue. So, they are still researching this information.

However, that being said, I figured why not take any natural anti viral I

can find. Like the cayenne pepper, oil or oregano, onions, garlic etc. it

can¹t hurt and its anti fungal as well so good for candida.

Have a great day. :)

Thank you, Rosemarie, I think I will take the precautionary measures.

Yes, my son is on his fourth deployment there but, honestly, I have placed it in

Our Lord's Hands...so far God has taken care of my son. He will be back home by

the end of November.

By the way, did you ever receive the attachments on your personal email???

Hi maria:

Your son returns end of November? Wow. That must be exciting.

I am not sure which attachments you mean? Your art? I did receive those

and I sent you an email twice saying that. Did you receive those? Are do

you mean other attachments?

:)

A carrier oil is just an oil you have put a drop or so of an essential oil. I

use whatever I have, but olive oil is recommended by some people. It doesn't

take much of the essential oil at all.

I guess you didn't receive the attachments with the questions you are asking. I

sent a couple of cute short clips of art ideas from other artists just to surge

the creative juices to explore and create. I sent it through your private email.

I am going to use another address I have, maybe yahoo is just not allowing any

other emails to go through concerning members.
