Agreed. I really liked Mark Unger openly and

fearlessly offering his gratitude to God. I have to

applaud EAS for putting that on there, especially

since as a society are going overboard considering the

sensitivity of others WAY-TO-MUCH. He just simply

expressed his graitude for the clarity of mind you get

after a workout that help strengthen the spiritual

chord he has with God.

I can defenitely relate because I feel the same way

not just from a workout session but from the 20 minute

HIIT cardio session that I do. To alleviate confusion

I'm not doing the BFL HIIT because on a personal level

I thought it was boring, so I'm doing something more

intense. Even more fun I'm increasing the time and

intensity every two weeks and I'm adjusting to it like

it's nothing. Honest to God, occasionally I'm in tears

after the cardio workout, not because of pain and

exhaistion HAHA, but because of gratitude and

excitement. I'll post my cardio workout after work to

show you what I mean.

Matt

Matt,

It was interesting that you brought this up today because I experienced this

for the very first time this morning at the top of my last " hill " during

spin class this morning. It was AWESOME! While I was pushing really hard ,

it all of a sudden felt so good; like I could do this forever and then

tears welled up and this great feeling of joy overcame me. And right there

I thanked God and the Universe for how lucky I am! It was really cool.

I'm definitely interested in what you're doing for cardio.
