Guest guest
In fact, I can barely sit up. We have made our decision to go to Vanderbilt first thing tomorrow morning. I tried to call my own Rheumy today (who works out of a different hospital) even though we've made a decision to change to a Vanderblit rheumy about a month ago and it will take a few months to get in. Figures. He was basically more upset that I called him than anything. Said that even if my xrays showed inflammation over 11 days ago that it didn't mean it was a stills flare, this is the same guy that took two months to get my kineret approved, probably why I am in a flare and told me to increase the pred by 2.5 mg (which even my GP was mad at). So that isn't even the whole conversation, but it signed, sealed and delivered the fact that I can't wait to leave him. In fact, if I have to go back to that office again, I'm hoping I can just make an apt with one of his partners. Maybe that explains why I'm upset with him. He hasn't tried from day one and get this, my old doc from NW has done more for me in last week than this guy. With email and phone call, for free. I've done everything to get this new doc to be nice, but one time he even said, I don't like to work with people that are smart or ask questions. I was so shocked. Oh well... I'll let everyone know how I am when we get back. Hate go, bounced it around so much, but oh well, I don't think this is for the local docs or gp. hugs to all - hope everyone is feeling well. alli
