I followed WW as far as getting the eating on track.

When I first started 6 years ago, we only had the Studio (Original)

workouts. I could do the Advanced, but would have to stop during the

floorwork. So I would attempt it every so often. The Basic soon

became not enough, so I started adding the 8 minute (which is

technically 15 minutes) to it. So I kept that going until the Live!

series came out. Then I'd do 2 basics back to back. I had only

ordered those at the time.

I was scared to try the Advanced because a posted had me nervous. She

mentioned that in Original AL1, Shellie stopped to walk it out (she

was getting a drink). But after meeting Matt, I had to do them, so I

ordered them. And started alternating between the advanced and 2

basics back to back. I'd workout an hour 5-6 times a week.

That was the only exercise I did. After my long search and finding

, I started being picky about other instructors. But I lost 75

pounds in 9 months. And like I said went from 22/24 to 6/8.
