Many thanks for the info Zoe...the only other person that I know uses one is

Church, and as you mention the Marc is practical dry once pressed.

We have a fantastic one for Broad Oak Herbs that we had made by a local

engineer. Cost around £500. Use it on the farm. It did very well in year one an

we look forward to putting it through its paces this year.
