Adding More Minutes Onto A Workout...

I have hit a plateau as far as my weight loss goes. It has been

frustrating. So what I started doing just this morning is after I do

one of my Tae Bo tapes is to add another ten to fifteen minutes of a

high intensity one..like the Get Ripped or the Cardio Circuit 1. I

wish I had enough to get the new elite tapes/dvds that just came out.

I still havent bought the Boot Camp.

Oh well...incentive plus maybe REFUND TIME!!! LOL!

Oh, thats a good idea - I am going to tuck that awy in case of need, after this medical medical rest is over.
