Thanks, Sally and Annette,I remember that Kerry Bone's seminar on Ginkgo stressed the fact that traditionally only nuts were used medicinally and that the leaves is a new and modern research derived use (German research I believe from 60-ties). You can buy tinned Ginkgo nuts in oriental food shops (not sure weather they would be medicinal in that form) - they taste quite unpleasant.However, talking about supporting the kidney tissue/function, I wonder if nettle seeds would be suitable in small amount (Micheal Wood uses them for kidney failure) for people who are on the orthodox anti-hypertensives.Best regards> Hi all,>> It may be one of those simple things, but I've never had much > success with treating hypertension and have developed a bit of a > mental block about doing so.
