Keep up the great work! Peace Tyra journaling,food for life Yesterday, I just tried to get the 25g protein for every meal and snack plus all that water and had not one craving. In addition, I cut down slightly on the carbs, but did not eliminate. This is a marked difference. I even found it a challenge to eat enough, because the protein made me feel satiated, in order to get enough added up by the end of the day.
