I feel better with sunshine.

I have not had this problem much until the last couple days. I got a few minutes of sun these past two days, and these two days I am all irritable (moreso), foggy, rage-like, short of breath, depressed, etc. Marshall protocol has an explanation for this, but I dunno about that. I took benicar and and didnt do much. Also, I would probably be naive to think it was a herx instead.

hi davidi sat in the sun for a half hour the other day....got hives, not unusual for me, and the next day was crashed out. i love the sun but discovered a couple of years ago that in mid-summer i start going downhill and that it is related to getting too warm while active. (could it be bugs multiplying, who knows, it clearly isnt a herx because it starts and endless cascade) seems that most people do feel better with the sun, but i have to be very careful.xo susie I have not had this problem much until the last couple days. Hi all, Just want to say people with KPU Pyrroluria have problems with sun. Burn easy, usually light skinned etc. All my life I have problems with it and I have KPU. Never related emotional symptoms with it but could be.I do know physical though. Have not been in sun for quite a while. Will notice more closely when I do. Not doing very well, so not on line to much,so will check in once in a while. Joyce I have not had this problem much until the last couple days. Hey Joyce,You may not be able to be here much, but you're missed and you're in our thoughts. I hope this low patch passes soon, leaving you at a new, better level in your recovery. It's easy to get discouraged sometimes. Somehow, for me, the ending of winter sort of mocks that 'not-ending' of Lyme. Still, we are all slowly getting better, getting answers, trying new things, (many of which actually do work). You're an astute, knowledgeable observer, who's often helped others sort things out. I know this is happening for you too. Take care.Be well,Léna Hi all, Just want to say people with KPU Pyrroluria have problems with sun. Hi Susie,

Maybe all you need to do is find the correct time to spend out in the sun...

Perhaps just 15 - 30 minutes will benefit you without causing you

to crash...

The sun is a wonderful healer...

Take Care,

Jim

Hi all,

Calling the endo tomorrow to ask them the "question" - will he do these tests? With my list in hand of course should I suffer from the fog brain!

Will let you know.
