I'm not sure if I'm doing anything special for this. Not yet anyhow.

I got home the other day after hearing this and just sat, had a

couple of beers and was pondering the rest of my life!

I always advise our newcomers to go to fibrofix.com for initiation. It was

created by a friend who has since passed away. This site is very informative as

well as inspiring.

So welcome, you will find many here who can help and inspire you too.

If you are looking for remedies, there are many. But as I read my friends'

emails, I find each of us have approached our road a little differently.

Mine was Acupunture. It has helped ease my pain completely with jiggers of water

and vinegar about three times a day. I follow a natural diet with plenty of

protien, natural vegetables, no yeast, no processed foods or drinks. I lead a

natural lifestyle as close to nature as possible. This is only one approach,

friends here will be happy to share theirs.
