Guest guest
In the Weight Watchers book, it says to calculate a recipe, do points for each ingredient. So, if you're making soup that has broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower in it (just an example) they would get zero points. (I think cabbage is 0) Then you do the rest of the ingredients. So, that's how I'd figure it. Lyn I HAVE A QUESTION I am wondering if when calculating points for dishes like soup, casseroles, etc., that have vegetables in them.... do you subract one point for every serving of vegetable????
