For those of you who would like to join us, The Damascena Network (London based

herbal friends and professional support group) is meeting this Thursday in The

Salisbury (The Earl of Salisbury) on Green Lanes from 7.00pm - on the junction

with St Ann's Road.

This month's theme is winter wellness.
