Hello, I was wondering if anyone has has experience treating patients with CCSVI

and MS. I have a patient with MS who believes she has CCSVI (not confirmed by

any testing)and wants treatment to improve blood flow and reduce iron deposits

in the brain. I feel quite confident in my ability to help improve her

cardiovascular system but I am not sure about reducing iron deposits in the

brain. Has anyone had experience with this type of treatment? There does not

seem to be a lot of research that I can find on it, but I am aware that the link

between CCSVI and MS, although fairly new, is considered by some to be very

strong. I would appreciate any thoughts, ideas and suggestions!!!

Kind regards

There have been two studies on the use of circulatory herbs with MS

patients. I don't have them to hand but could find them if necessary.

The abstracts are on pubmed. One was on the use of Ginkgo and the

other was using Padma 28, a tibetan circulatory formula. Both studies

had positive outcomes for patients taking these herbs.
