Also, I'm not sure eating so much tuna is a good idea. Even though they say it is safe, I have to wonder. Hugh tested high 2 years in a row for mercury. The first time, he quit eating tuna and tested in the normal range. He has yet to be tested again for the last high result, but quit eating tuna to see if that corrects the problem. His job requires that he is tested every year. I'm always looking for new easy ideas for lunch. I'm tending to rely on South Beach more often.
