My 12 Week Transformation: Getting in Shape and Changing my lifestyle for the better. 12 weeks before my 43rd birthday I set out to transform myself into the fit, trim, athletic and healthy individual I've always wanted to be. Final 28 days I was able to lose 28 pounds of fat. Pose Routine: My end results of my first 12 week body for life challenge I did.
