re-send: Converting Aloe vera into cream

Hello All,

I have a kinesiology colleague with lots of really big Aloe vera

plants she wants to convert into creams/salves etc.

Does anyone have recommendations of what/how to do this, please?

(My idea of adding to a base cream would not be enough due to

quantities involved...)
