Guest guest
Kat, Thanks for speaking up. I was 317 when I moved where I am now, and now I am like 294 as of last week. I am trying to walk more. I am watching cals, and I am needing to keep a closer eye on the Fat. I am still not all that good at this. I have some limits as to physical exercise, but like I said, I do walk some. I know that I need to do that on a more daily basis. And the bit about your husband sure captured my eye. They want to do the R-Y on me. Thanks again, Rob > > > > Glad it is cooling off where you are, Rob. I, too, am taking advantage of cool mornings > to walk more.
