one of my patients finds my homemade pilewort ointment the only thing that works for him ( pile wort leaves infused in oil twice and then set with beeswax -wrong time of year to make it though !)

My tried and tested is vitamin E cream with added aesculus tincture,

distilled witch hazel, comfrey infused oil sometimes added achillea

(either as water infusion or tincture) and essential oils of cyprus and

lavender. If very itchy stellaria infused oil is also added.

Hi Jules Have you looked at them? It may be they are thrombosed in which case they become solidified and stone-like and virtually impossible to clear. In another case I treated, pelvic floor exercises helped her a lot. HelenFrom:

Discussing this very issue with and Carol Church yesterday - they suggested Yerba mansa, internally and topical in a cream

I'd love to know where you source good quality yerba mansa from - I've had a very poor tincture from what was Proline, and so I imported fresh root from Arizona which made a beautiful tincture. But it was rather a hassle, and I will be running out in a few months.
