MSM is short for methyl sulfonyl methane -- it's a natural supplement that can

be purchased at any natural food store or drug store/supermarket in the vitamin

section.

MSM is cheaper when buying on line or even at the local feed store. In the

beginning, I bought it at the feed store for $20/lb. At that time it lasted me

for half of a year. It was the cheapest supplement I have ever taken and it is

the one that has helped me the most. I bought MSM from the health food store

once and there was almost no MSM in the capsules. I take pure powder, buy it in

5 lb increments from World Image Naturals. You can put it in your bath water,

lotion (10%) or ingest it. Eat some oysters with it for the copper/zinc

precursors.

It is biological sullfur, found in all raw foods. We are deficient because most

of us don't live on farms.

MSM helps with circulation, inflammation, healthy hair and nails, building new

cells and much more. I have a long list of how it helped me.
