I can't remember where i read this, but I also recall a long time ago Stelling (retired NIMH member) mentioning this, and saying that the fresh tincture was better. The AHG is a really good conference to attend. It is really well organized and the speakers, lectures, and exhibitors are great. It's a great place to meet up with fellow herbalists, etc. as they come from all over to attend this conference. It is really well attended. In Boulder there is also a whole foods market, a chain of health conscious grocery stores that are huge. They have a wonderful take out or eat in section.
