She was almost 89 when she died in '02. No dx other than mine.

Exactly what my doctor said. With a 1 or 3 day monitor if something

happens, bonus. There is a record of what has happened. If nothing happens

that 24-72 hrs. then it appears nothing is going on. Nothing showed up in

the 24 hrs. I was being monitors in the hospital. But my doctor wasn't happy

with that and wanted the 30 day monitor. I put electrodes on daily (after

shower) and can either take them off for bedtime or wear them all night if I

find I am having problems. Today is the last day and I must say I will be

happy

to be wire free.

I am not familiar with the cardiologist I have an appt. with the 17th,

however, the Iowa Heart Center has a wonderful reputation so I would guess this

doc lives up to that standard.

Caregiver for my true Texas Gentleman Husband of 38 years. First diagnosed

with Alzheimer's by a Neurologist OCT, 2005. (He was sick long before that

date). But, on May 2, 2006 Dr. Schillerstrom, Geriatric/Psychiatrist

diagnosed LBD with Parkinsonism.
