I used it neat, but in such an extreme case would try a small patch test

first.....

Dear I have seen something like this a couple of times: one was contact

dermatitis (new shoes?bare feet?), the other turned out to be psoriasis. In both

cases something anti-inflammatory and soothing would help (calendula foot

bath?).Best wishes
