Guest guest
, I can't remember if you are from my thyroiditis group or the LDN group. Sorry. : ) I cook with (or just eat) about a tablespoon or two of EV coconut oil a day. I do take Pro-biotics daily, and the Betaine HCL when i remember it. I can't find Glutamine here as i've just re-located to the Czech Republic. If i find it i'll buy it and take it also. I take a lot of supplements and barring a flare up of eczema right now, I've been feeling pretty darn good. Daily Supplements:general daily vitaminBetaine HCL ( when i remember it.)super b complex5,000 mcg sublingual b12 ( I have pernicious anemia)seleniummagnesiumkelp (I stopped taking Kelp last week after reading somewhere that it can aggravate Hashi's. Would appreciate input....?)zincvitamin c (1000 mg)vitamin d3 (2000 i.u.)probioticsfish, flax, and borage oil (x2)table spoon of coconut oil2 weeks after ovulation use progesterone creamDo you talk the supplements? I already take betain HCL but I'm still having some burning in my stomachI added folic acid just a few days ago and its seems to be worse. I am already taken b-100 complex. ThanksI've been on an anti-candida diet for awhile. Don't know if its working on the candida yet, but my acne is completely gone....DIET:No sugar, no grains, heavy protein, up good fats like olive oil, avocado, coconut oil, etc., cut out caffeine and dairyDAILY SUPPLEMENTS:Glutamine, Caprylic acid (either pills or from coconut oil), Pro-biotics, Betain HCL with mealsThat will give you a good start on starving the yeast into submission. Or you could take anti-fungals, but if your immune system is suppressed, it will just return without diet changes.Hope that helps,
