The button would open password validation window, after which comment field

entry form similar to the " guest-book format " would allow the validated user

read/write in text file associated with that doctor. Hope this is not too

much work for you ! Thanks, I am sure most crew-bies agree this is a needed

feature now.

It could be done, but I think we had discussed similar ideas before and it

was decided we were better off not to " rate " the Dr's. If the crew wants it,

I will see about implementing it but I would recomend not. Our evaluations

and experienced should be shared, but putting them up on the website tends to

expose us to some liability, say if some Doc happened to find out about

something that was posted about him that may be untrue and then comes after

us because he feels it's damaging.

I am going to try to expand the bios section into a members only section,

including a small message board type system where we can put some of the

discussions /posts, especially those ones that come up often :)

It is OK, Pete. I concieved and wrote the list....Adam simply " borrowed " w/o

asking. If you have the technical skillls and tools, do it. It would save me

lots of effort and time.

Why? Is there a leak ? Is one of us selling information to a doctor?

I want to know !! (talk about breach of trust)

Pete,

from OZ here this section of your post would work well and perhaps

have sections for ABI, Open surgery, Radiation, Drugs ECT would be very

productive for the " new crewbies " to work their way through to get

knowledge about all the different treatments that fellow crewbies have had

or are using.

Rosco,

I'll say it since everyone else is afraid, and you asked. I don't like

your attitude one bit and it wouldn't make me feel sad in any way to have you

booted off this list. How many people can you subtlety insult? I mean Adam is

dead, do you think maybe going and stomping on his grave would be better?

Would it make you feel like a big man? You've been told no flaming before

haven't you? If that's so, you've breached that so get out! Mike's gone so

no one can say " well he did too " This is absolutely disgusting. Are you like

this in real life too? If you are please avoid me in Las Vegas. If not maybe

we can sit down and chat (hoping you really aren't this brutal)

I'm outta here,

I agree with Pete, I think " rating " doctors is not a good idea. Marie
