Hi i have a couple of questions, and i've been told there is no dumb

questions, so hear

goes.

I had my surgery November 20 2001 and have lost almost 62 lbs, you'd think i

would have all kinds of energy but just the oposite, I am always tired.

Like today for example i got up about 8:00 A.M. and by 11:00 i laid down and

fell asleep until almost 1:00. Then at 3:00 P.M. i got a headache and laid

down and fell asleep until 4:30. Why do i feel like this. I had blood work

done acouple of weeks ago and everything is just fine. I take 2 centrums

daily, 6 daily fat burners a day, and 2 calciums a day and one vitamin A.

What do you think?

Then i have a strange question.....

When you are eating your meals anyone ever hear this funny noise like a

grumbling noise or i don't know how else to describe it but a funny feeling.

Not hunger noises but just a funny noise and feeling from my tummy. I know

it's a weird question!!!!

Hi Tracey;

Let's see, if I figure right you are out of Sx about 4 months.

I was like that for 4 1/2 months

no, probably 5 months. I am now 8 mos out and I do have my energy back.

That was a constant question with me. Why dont I have any energy?

Why do I need so much sleep? I dont know the answer cept I was

very very low on my calorie and carb intake and maybe that is why I

didnt have energy. I was also 58 and figured this was MAJOR SURGERY

and I should expect it. My sister who is 5 years younger had the SX

two weeks after me and she had the same problem about the same

period of time. Same genes I guess. I will be watching for some

answers to your question. I think I asked my poor hubby that every

day. It did go away though and I got more energy and am back to

normal now. Maybe its our bodies way of telling us. Rest and take

care till I tell you its OK.

My stomach does make noise all the time. I will be in the car with

3 other people and they will all hear it. Ihave to say, " That wasn't

me was it? And it was.

Hi i have a couple of questions, and i've been told there is no dumb

questions, so hear

goes.

************ right----no dumb questions!

I had my surgery November 20 2001 and have lost almost 62 lbs,

************* congrats!!!!!!!!

you'd think i

would have all kinds of energy but just the oposite, I am always tired.

*************** get copies, compare with pre-ops. What is fine? What ARE the

protein & albumin levels? Where is iron, ferritin, HGB, HCT? What was it before?

Where is B12 now?

I take 2 centrums

daily, 6 daily fat burners a day,

*********** wait. SIX? Why? We don't NEED fat burners--we're malabsorbing

our fats and oils NOW!

and 2 calciums a day

************ what kind?

and one vitamin A.

************* dry?

What do you think?

Then i have a strange question.....

When you are eating your meals anyone ever hear this funny noise like a

grumbling noise or i don't know how else to describe it but a funny feeling.

************ gurlging. Feels like a bay kicking at about 5-6 months? Yep. And

why some days and not others? NO idea! I just know it happens

Not hunger noises but just a funny noise and feeling from my tummy. I know

it's a weird question!!!!
