I dont know the answer cept I was very very low on my calorie and carb intake and maybe that is why I didnt have energy. I was also 58 and figured this was MAJOR SURGERY and I should expect it. My sister who is 5 years younger had the SX two weeks after me and she had the same problem about the same period of time. Same genes I guess. I will be watching for some answers to your question. I think I asked my poor hubby that every day. It did go away though and I got more energy and am back to normal now. Maybe its our bodies way of telling us. Rest and take care till I tell you its OK. My stomach does make noise all the time. I will be in the car with 3 other people and they will all hear it. Ihave to say, " That wasn't me was it? And it was. in Pa.
