Regards, Jess Breakfast: 1 Cup oatmeal sweetened with small handful of raspberries and Splenda, 1 mini veggie & cheese quiche made with egg whites (I make them in muffin tins on Sundays for the week) 1 coffee, 2 glasses water, daily vitamin. ~ I left about 2 tbs. of oatmeal in the bowl, as I was full! Snack 1: Scant 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta 1/2 small boneless, skinless braised chicken breast with 1/4 cup carrots and tomatoes. 2 cups water, 1 cup coffee. Workout: Austin's Fit and Lite Lunch: 1 veggie burger with one fat free cheese single topped with tomatoes, lettuce, fat free mayo, ketchup, mustard on 2 slices toasted whole wheat bread. One salad with Romaine letuce, 1/2 cup cucumber slices with 1 TBS. Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing. 2 cups water, 1 Minute Maid sugar free drink. Snack: 110 Calorie Pria bar (By Power Bar) in French Fanilla Crisp, 2 cups waters, 1 diet coke (Caffeine free.) A small handful of roasted peanuts about 10 nuts total. Dinner: 1 Portion BFL approved BBQ Chicken breast, potato and veggie foil packet. 2 glasses of water and a Caffeine free diet coke.
