Thanks for the reply. The joint line is simply the space between the

articulating surfaces, so between the distal femur and proximal tibia in this

case for the stifle. The study on LLLT and post-mastectomy patients is

interesting, somewhat similar application.

I agree, I would not aim the laser at any lymph nodes, just the stifle in the

first case of the BMD with lymphoma. In the second case, yes, the fear was that

the laser would stimulate/promote the infection.
