But It's in an email that I sent out last night...if you didn't get it for what Monthly ChallengeUpper Body With A Focus On Biceps And Triceps The March challenge is super, bionic, endurance arms. First we have to shape our mind and will. Yes, genetics have something to do with this too. But if you took the skin and fat off of everyone's arms, you would see muscles and tendons. So that should let you know that those arms can be changed. Remember this; everybody's arms can't be the same size. We would look funny it that was the case. That's why we have small, medium, large and extra large bones, so we can all look different. That is what is so awesome! What does it take to get your arms in shape? The same thing it takes for you to get out of bed in the morning - effort - from your mind, will and your body. I believe then we can change. Now, let's start by doing: 4 sets of 25 push ups 4 sets of 25 dips on the edge of a chair 4 sets of 10 one arm push up on the wall, standing up I'll bet your eyes are bugging out now……WHAT?…. said to do push ups?…….. GET MOVING, 1,2………3,4. I think you've got it. Now continue with: 4 sets of 25 one arm bend over kick-backs with weighted bands on both sides 4 sets of 25 triceps overhead presses, both hands behind the neck Time for super sets: 5 push ups 4 sets of 25 each arm triceps kickbacks flexing 4 sets of 25 Bicep curls (both weighted bands on one leg and one arm) 4 sets of 25 Bicep curls inward and outward at the same time, curl up to the chest (inward) and then curl out to the side of the shoulders (outward) 4 sets of 15 Arms straight out to the sides, palms facing up, bicep curls 4 sets of 20 arms extended out to side, palms facing up, raise arms up to the ceiling and back down 4 sets of 25 bicep flex curls, with no bands (flex and hold) And no cheating!!! Remember, don't get down on yourself. If you can't do it all at first, pace yourself! We can't all get through a marathon at the same time, but we will all cross the finish line. This is your duty!!! Don't be AWOL!
