Guest guest Posted March 3, 2006 Report Share Posted March 3, 2006 Ok I'll brag on something. This week I really did great on my eating. I had gotten very lax on making wise food choices. On Sun I started to loosely follow the South Beach diet...mainly just going for the good carbs/fats and avoiding the bad ones. I'm not one to go on a specific program but I'm reading the book just as a reminder of what healthy food choices are and what the bad food choices do to me. I've had a good workout week inspite of taking 2 days off in a row, which I hate to do. I'm back at it this morning though. I just shoveled snow and now I'll do Cardio Bootcamp. Guest guest Posted March 3, 2006 Report Share Posted March 3, 2006 This week I have lost 2.5 inches in my waist, 2.5 in my hips, 1 in my chest, .5 in biceps, 1 in thighs, 1 in calves!!!!! My weight was down 5 lbs on Wednesday but, this morning the scale only reads that I am down 3 lbs from last week...But that is still AWESOME! My body is looking so different nearly everyday so, I am sure that I have gained a lot of muscle & lost a lot of fat! The thing I am most proud of is that working out is a part of my life now. I work out 4times this week a day off in between to let my body rest. The eating i will have to work on this week. I hope everyone had a good week.
