Guest guest
Welcome, ! I hope this group grows and becomes wonderful. I haven't been posting much this week....mind on other things, but I will get back to my new normalcy and start posting again. We also have 2 dogs, and 1 cat. I have a 5 year old son who is the light of my life, and would love to have more children. I have read at the WW boards that some people start their points at their evening meal, rather than breakfast. Maybe that would work for you with your evening shifts. I imagine that would be confusing. My theory is if I'm awake, that counts toward my day. Thus, if I stay up until 2 am and have a snack at 1:45 (I know, nighttime eating is bad) it counts to the current day. Then I start fresh when I wake up. I lurk on many groups too, and feel free....but I would imagine you have a lot to contribute, so don't be too shy! Lyn My Intro Hello everyone! Congratulations on all of your efforts and successes. I've just joined the group and have been reading through all of the posts. I'm sure this group is going to be a great source of inspiration and info. I'm a lifetime member from the past and have just returned to WW this past week. It seems the program just keeps getting better and better. I'm 44 years old, with two sons in college and a husband and two springer spaniels(hence the name " muddy paws2 " )at home. I'm a registered nurse working part time nights. These nights have often puzzled me, in the past, when it came to deciding which day those nighttime points would go to in my journal. I'm generally not a frequent poster on these groups but I promise to jump in if there's anything that I think I can contribute. Best of luck to all of us. Maybe that would work for you with your > evening shifts. I imagine that would be confusing. It would confuse me *now.* But I used to work nights, and I was on WW then. (This was back with exchanges.) I started my WW day when I woke up (at 2-4 in the afternoon), and ended it when I went to bed (at 7-8 a.m.). It worked okay for me. ===== -- Wren-Moyer mwrenmoyer@..., mwrenmoyer@... __________________________________________________ Terrorist Attacks on U.S. - How can you help?
