A ? on gestational diabetes

Hi

Does anyone here know much about gestational diabetes or know any good links

to it?

A coworker has been diagnosed with it. She is due in August and is having a

hard time. Her bg's are all over the place. The doctor just put her on

insulin but her bg's still rocket as high as 240 and now with the insulin

plummet down to 60. Needless to say, she is feeling pretty punky.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
