Guest guest
Have only treated younger women with this -and have some experience more in this context , and when there is cross over to vagismus (where carbomazapine is conventional prescribed, so we used vib op in conjunction with many other herbs and strategies) Is there a previous history or this? if not what is going on? Vulvodynia is bit of a wide catch all diagnosis, what are the findings? Is their inflammation? Have herpes/fungal /bacterial infections been ruled out? also local lesions triggering response? What is the anti-depressant? Is it amytryptaline? In which case it may have been Rx for anti- spasmodic/relaxing /pain relief properties? Vulvodynia Has anyone had success in treating Vulvodynia. 69 year old lady has this condition, it is unbearable in the evening and she haas been prescribed anti- depressants, which she is not keen to take.
