High dose turmeric works very well. However I mean very high dose - working

slowly up to 16 tablets per day of a 500 mg 95% concentrated

curcuminoid-containing tablet, ideally taken with bromelain 3 times a day (I

usually use Lamberts or AOR). I have managed to use this protocol with quite

a few myeloma patients to reduce globulin secretion and stabilise the cancer

for years. High dose vitamin C (preferably intravenous or oral liposomal if

not) is also useful as is hyperthermia.

Best wishes,

Chris

Subject: Multiple Myeloma

Dear all,

Would anyone please have any suggestions (herbs/ diet) that could

provide help for above condition?

Any help is very much appreciated.

Hi

Thanks very much. Hugely appreciated. I absolutely agree and have used

Lamberts Turmeric for other types of cancer with very good results ...

I am certainly going to use this approach.

Many thanks

Hi

It is me again. What would be your thoughts on medicinal Mushrooms. Panacea

does a very good formula specifically for cancer (immunomodulatory formula)

with high polysaccharides? again I have been using this formula for other

types of cancer and was wondering whether it would be appropriate in this

case?

Many thanks

Yes, I use their maitake for this. Forgot to mention that. Good evidence for

the use of maitake with myeloma and there is a clinical trial being run on

it in Japan (or China if not).

Best wishes,

Much obliged

This gives me more confidence to also use it on this patient.

Really appreciated.

While you're having your brain picked on this subject, I have a lady with

ovarian cancer, who has just finished several months of chemotherapy and

awaiting scan results.

I've started her on Turmeric, Vit C, Reishi and Coriolus, but am wondering

about a gentle detox to help her eliminate drug residues.

Is the turmeric sufficient for this? I'm thinking milk thistle, nettle,

cleavers, golden rod etc

Do I need to wait a while before any detox? - her vitality is good.

Many thanks in advance
