I try to convince myself its not the food I eat that¹s causing all the IBS and fatigue and pain etc. but it is. My chocolate is from the amazon and is from the coca plant. Full of antioxidants. Called chocomaca. Only 1 or 2 a day though. It satisfies me cuz its dark and it doesn¹t make me have problems unless I eat too many.
