Guest guest
Hi , First, I would like to say THANK YOU for all you do for this group. I would feel like I have lost a dear friend if you leave us. AS for Lymes, I know it is NO fun. I am not sure that antibotics are always the answer. For me and myson, they just caused further impairments. Homeopathy medicine may just be able to heal Lyme disease. There are a number of homeopathic remedies, one such one is made by Desbio aka Deseret Biologicals that has worked for many patients. The drawback is that almost NO one knows, especiallt doctors, about these remedies because of the huge control by conventional medicine and drug companies to push antibotics. There is almost always something out there that works correctly; we just have to struggle to find it. http://www.desbio.com/series-therapy.html http://www.chroniclymedisease.com/deseret-homeopathic-series-lyme http://www.care2.com/greenliving/treating-lymes-disease-naturally.html I was surprised to learn that Lyme Disease Is Spread By Mites, Spiders, Mosquitoes, Fleas It Is Also Spread Via ALL Body Fluids http://www.rense.com/general94/provenlym.htm Although they are called " deer ticks, " the ticks can live on insects, mice, squirrels, dogs, cats, cattle, humans, deer and other mammals. Ticks cannot jump or fly. Instead, they climb vegetation, wait for a potential host, then grab onto that animal or human as they brush past. I hope this is helpful. Best wishes, ~Bj
Guest guest
Thanks so much, BJ. I don't want to sidetrack thyroid discussions here, but my impression is that conventional doctors are actually very hesitant to prescribe heavy dose antibiotics that more unconventional docs (who are still MDs - they called them " LLMDs " - Lyme Literate MDs) want to give. Doctors are afraid of getting sued for overtreatment as well as undertreatment. In short, it's a mess and I think much more research needs to be done both on the diagnostic and treatment. If you want to really get scared, watch the trailer for a documentary called " Under Our Skin. " Lonnnng topic and though one moderator told me thyroid problems can result from Lyme, I don't really want to get into the discussion here. I already had my thyroid problem well before I spotted the rash. But again, thank you. I appreciate all you do for our group. > > Hi , > > First, I would like to say THANK YOU for all you do for this group.
