I don't see how that is failure Carolyn. I haven't been doing Tae-Bo daily

either. My goal is to exercise in some way for 21 days. Maybe you should modify

your challenge to something similar. I think you are doing great :)

I walked 2 miles yesterday.

I haven't got to do a workout in nearly a week.

guess i failed the challenge.

time is my enemy

but I have still been walking and crunches and pushups

If you are walking and dong crunches an pushups, where is the failure? It is the daily workout and attitude that is important, just do a few punches while you are walking and a few kicks at the end of your walk, and voila, tae bo. Delana.
