Guest guest
Gizelle, Welcome to the list. Sorry you have to be here. There has been some discussion of lichen sclerosis recently (the last two weeks or so). You might want to go to the archives and look through as there were some links to photographs of the condition, etc. Our current topic strand that we just changed to is how our condition has impacted on us emotionally and how it has effected our relationships. I hope you find the list to be a useful source of information and support. From Deb at DLitzfletc@...
Guest guest
Dear Gizelle, Have you had a favorable response to the cortisteroids? How was your diagnosis of lichen sclerosus determined? I'm interest too in your homeopathic and natural remedies. The steroid cream I'm on hasn't helped in three weeks and when I accidently got some on the skin of my upper thight it burned it. I used testosterone (2%) crean before and it set me on fire. It was agony and the pain was intense for several more days after I stopped using it. But it is supposed to help the tissues thicken-I guess that would offset the thinning from the steroids. Hope to hear from you.
