Guest guest
Thats 540 total for two. Thats a lot less than most people consume for dinner HI, Supper is my challenge also to not wind up with 500-600 calories. I am trying something new. I bought some Lean Cuisine dinners today at the grocery. I hope they taste all right. If I could keep my suppers down to 300 calories I would be doing great!! Guest guest
I enjoy the Lean Cuisine Dinners. Good Luck! HI , Thanks for replying. I bought the Lasagna and also the Salisbury steak with macaroni. I love macaroni but there is soooo many calories in the box kind you make. I bought my husband the Chicken Teriyaki. He also needs to lose weight. I probably will not try it this weekend but they will definitely get a try out next week for supper. We have a wedding tonight to go to so I am going to be watching what I eat closely. I lost two pounds this week and I don't want to gain it back between the wedding and we always eat dinner out after church on Sundays. Thats a lot less than most people consume for dinner. So it wasn't as bad as all that at all. a > Hi everyone.
